InPayPro Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & What InPayPro Is

By accessing or using inpaypro.com (the “Site”) or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

inpaypro.com is operated by c0nn3ct LLC (“InPayPro,” “we,” “us”). InPayPro is a referral and merchant-matching service. We review the information you submit and, where we believe there is a fit, introduce you to one or more third-party payment processors, acquiring banks, independent sales organizations (ISOs), or member service providers (“Processing Partners”) who may be able to serve your business.

InPayPro is not a payment processor, acquiring bank, money services business, or financial institution. We do not process transactions, extend credit, hold funds, or make underwriting decisions. We do not guarantee that any Processing Partner will approve your business, or guarantee any specific rate, fee, reserve, or contract term. All underwriting, approval, and pricing decisions are made solely by the Processing Partner, at its sole discretion, after its own independent review.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use the Site or submit an inquiry.

2. Eligibility, Prohibited Categories & Your Responsibilities

Eligibility. To submit an inquiry you must represent a legally formed business entity and have the authority to provide the business, financial, and contact information requested.

Prohibited categories. InPayPro does not accept inquiries from, and will not refer, businesses dealing in: anabolic steroids; SARMs; unlicensed human growth hormone (HGH); illicit or controlled substances; counterfeit goods; or unlicensed adult services. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, or to add categories to this list, at our sole discretion and without explanation.

Accuracy of information. You agree that all information you submit — including your business name, product category, processing history, and estimated volume — is true, current, and not misleading. Submitting false or materially incomplete information may result in your inquiry being declined or a match being withdrawn, and may affect your standing with a Processing Partner independently of anything InPayPro does.

Compliance is yours to own. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your products, marketing claims, and business practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local law (including, where relevant, FDA, DEA, and state regulations for research compounds, supplements, CBD/hemp, kratom, or similar categories). InPayPro’s review of your submission is a compliance screen for matching purposes only — it is not legal advice and does not certify that your business is compliant with any law.

3. The Referral Relationship & Compensation Disclosure

How matching works. Based on your inquiry, we may introduce you to one or more Processing Partners. Each Processing Partner conducts its own independent underwriting, Know Your Customer (KYC)/Know Your Business (KYB) review, and risk assessment — InPayPro is not involved in, and has no visibility or control over, that decision.

Compensation disclosure. InPayPro typically receives a referral fee, commission, or revenue share from a Processing Partner when a referral we make results in an approved, active merchant account. This does not cost you anything — submitting an inquiry is free, and any compensation we receive is paid by the Processing Partner, not by you, and does not increase your rates. We disclose this relationship so it’s clear why we make the introductions we do: we are compensated for successful matches, which is a financial interest you should be aware of when evaluating our recommendations.

No fiduciary or advisory relationship. InPayPro does not act as your agent, broker, fiduciary, financial advisor, or attorney. Nothing on the Site or in our communications is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are free to seek processing elsewhere, decline any match, or negotiate directly with any Processing Partner.

Third-party agreements. If you proceed with a Processing Partner, your relationship — including all pricing, fees, reserves, contract terms, and dispute rights — is governed exclusively by the agreement between you and that Processing Partner. InPayPro is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the Processing Partner’s acts, omissions, pricing, service quality, or contract terms.

4. Disclaimers, Liability, Termination, Law & Contact

Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and our referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any match will result in approval, or that any Processing Partner’s terms will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InPayPro and c0nn3ct LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site, your inquiry, any match we make, or your dealings with any Processing Partner. Because our referral service is provided to you at no cost, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to $100.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold InPayPro harmless from claims arising out of your business’s products, marketing claims, regulatory compliance, or your agreement with a Processing Partner.

Termination. We may decline, suspend, or discontinue your access to the Site or our referral service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user’s information; introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code; impersonate another person or business; submit a fraudulent or knowingly false inquiry; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section immediately and without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content — including text, graphics, the InPayPro name and logo, page design, and underlying code — is owned by c0nn3ct LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose (submitting an inquiry), but may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.
