1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit the “Start Your Inquiry” form, we collect: business/legal company name; contact name; email address; phone number; website URL; product category; current processing status; estimated monthly volume; how you heard about us; and any notes you provide. If you email or call us directly, we collect whatever you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and any analytics tool we use, such as Google Analytics or a similar service) may automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL — via cookies or similar technologies.

What we do not collect at this stage. We do not ask for or collect Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, login credentials, or full financial statements through the Site. That information, if needed, is collected later and directly by a Processing Partner as part of its own underwriting process — governed by that partner’s own privacy policy, not this one.

2. How We Use & Share Your Information

How we use it. We use the information you submit to: evaluate your inquiry against our network of Processing Partners; identify a suitable match; contact you about your inquiry or status; improve the Site and our matching process; and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing with Processing Partners — the core of what we do. When we believe there is a fit, we share the business and contact information you submitted with one or more Processing Partners so they can evaluate your business for their own underwriting purposes. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to this sharing. Once shared, that Processing Partner’s own privacy policy governs its use of your information — we encourage you to review it before proceeding.

Other service providers. We may share information with vendors who help us run the Site (e.g., form/CRM hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, solely to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of InPayPro, our users, or the public.

3. Cookies, Data Retention & Security

Cookies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site features.

Retention. We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for (matching you with a Processing Partner, responding to your inquiry, and our own recordkeeping/compliance needs), after which we delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.

Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Your Privacy Rights, Children’s Privacy, Changes & Contact

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we’ve collected about you; request a copy of it; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion; and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information, and do not share it for behavioral advertising — we share it only with Processing Partners for the underwriting-matching purpose described in Section 2). To exercise these rights, email start@inpaypro.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once).

Children’s privacy. The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated policy on this page.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may reference or link to Processing Partners or other third-party resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review a Processing Partner’s privacy policy before submitting further information to them directly.

6. Marketing Communications

If you submit an inquiry, we may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry, related processing options, and (unless you opt out) occasional updates about our service. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails, and can ask us to stop contacting you altogether by emailing start@inpaypro.com.
